Some skills will last you a lifetime. Like building your resiliency, adding coping skills, developing healthy lifestyle behaviors and managing stress, anxiety and depression.

That’s why Ohio State offers tools and resources to support you so that you can thrive when you’re a student and after you graduate. These evidence-based workshops, trainings and screenings are presented by the experts: Our Ohio State Chief Wellness Officer and her team, College of Nursing faculty, and staff members in our Office of Student Life have developed and tailored these programs specifically for Buckeyes like you.

Rest and Relax Series

The rest and relax series is a series of webinars on common health topics for college students. These webinars, presented by Ohio State students, provides evidence-based information on ways to improve your health in key areas like nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.

Health Athlete

For undergraduate or graduate/professional students

Refocus and re-energize yourself through the Health Athlete program, developed in partnership with Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute. Health Athlete helps you manage your energy and guide mental, emotional, physical and spiritual development. Learn how you can become more engaged, more productive and more optimistic through these workshops.
