The Office of the Chief Wellness Officer, Office of Student Life and College of Nursing have resources and solutions to help you, free of charge. Please click on the tabs below for information about screenings and evidence-based workshops designed to build coping skills, improve resiliency, develop healthy lifestyle behaviors and reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

In appreciation for your engagement with us and to help support healthy habits, every activity you complete will earn you entries into a raffle to win either a one-year subscription to the Peloton app or a one-month subscription to HelloFresh.

These offerings are supported by student mental health grant funding from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act passed by Congress and signed into law in March 2020. Raffle prizes are supported by the Office of the Chief Wellness Officer.
