Reflect and Relax Sessions
Join Health Coach Amanda Fox every other week starting February 4 at 9 a.m. for a virtual group relaxation break! Each session will include a guided relaxation exercise where you can learn and practice skills that help manage stress. Following each exercise, you’ll have a chance to ask questions about relaxation and discuss as a group how we can fit regular relaxation into our daily lives. Participants interested in this regularly scheduled session can sign up for as many sessions as they like. You must register for each session you’d like to attend separately.

In the session she will discuss strategies for living a healthy lifestyle that promotes cardiovascular health through the development and sustainment of healthy lifestyle behaviors.
Live Smart For A Healthy Heart
Join OSU Health Coach Alison Barney for a four-week webinar series to learn about cardiovascular disease and what you can do to minimize your risk and maximize your health! She will share strategies during the series to support life-long habits related to nutrition, physical activity, stress, and heart health. The series takes place on consecutive Mondays starting February 14 at noon.
Incorporating Whil into Your Wellness Activities
The Whil programs have been expanded for 2022! Join Health Coach Amanda Fox on February 28, 2022 at 1 p.m. to learn more about this complimentary resource from YP4H. Participants will review the Whil programs through Virgin Pulse and discuss ways the Whil sessions can help you practice resilience building skills for better stress management.
