2022 Amazing Race to Wellness

Time: Time slots are available every five minutes between 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1-2 p.m.

The Amazing Race to Wellness returns this fall! Based on the reality show, teams of four will go on an adventure to complete challenges based on the ten dimensions of wellness. Through teamwork and problem solving-skills, you will advance to the next wellness station while engaging in light physical activity. 

The Amazing Race to Wellness is a great way to have fun and boost your well-being. In the spirit of football season, be sure to wear your favorite football team's apparel or colors. All Ohio State faculty, staff and their spouses or partners are invited to compete for a chance to win wellness prizes! Competition time varies for each team from about 15 to 40 minutes. Designated team captains should register their entire group.
