We host an annual event that is always well attended and enjoyed by everyone. We call the event EYEron Chef and host it every February for Macular Degeneration awareness month. This event address physical health (eye health) and nutrition. We have participants create a dish using 1-3 lutein rich ingredients and we invite our Dean and Associate Dean's to judge the dishes and select a winner. We also have other staff and faculty attend as well and they choose a winner as well.
