Understanding how you can achieve optimal health and wellness can help you not only survive, but thrive throughout college and throughout your life. Developing coping and resiliency skills is critical as you pursue success as a student and professional, and those skills can help you achieve consistently-positive health outcomes.
MINDSTRONG is a seven-session cognitive-behavioral skills building program that will provide you with coping and resiliency techniques to reduce your stress and improve your overall health and well-being.
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three MINDSTRONG programs for seven weeks:
- MINDSTRONG Delivered Virtually by a Trained Facilitator
- Digitized MINDSTRONG with a Trained Facilitator
- Digitized MINDSTRONG Self-Directed
Participants will be asked to complete three Personal Wellness Assessments (PWAs) online. The first PWA will be administered before the start of the seven-week program. The second PWA will be administered immediately following the completion of the seven-week program and the third at three months post-MINDSTRONG.
For completion of the second PWA, you will receive a $25 Amazon gift card; and for completion of the third PWA, you will receive another $25 gift card.
