Rules

- Complete one of the following activities each day.
- Color in the part of the snowman that relates to the activity.
- Share your finished snowman with Buckeye Wellness on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook.
Snowman Part | Activity |

| Snowball One | Donate three canned items to a food drive |
| Snowball Two | Complete in a 15-20-minute guided yoga session (online video) |
| Snowball Three | Enjoy a money-free “spending” day. |
| Left Arm | Start your day with five minutes of gratitude journaling. |
| Right Arm | Send three holiday cards to your friends or family. |
Left Eye | Write down 1-2 long-term and 1-2 short-term goals for the new year. |
| Right Eye | Create a new playlist with songs you enjoy. |
| Carrot Nose | Enjoy a money-free “spending” day. |
| Button Mouth | Perform five random acts of kindness for others within the next week. |
| Hat | Organize your closet and donate old clothes. |
| Left Glove | Volunteer at a soup kitchen, shelter, campus organization or simply helping a friend in need! |
| Right Glove | Aim for 7,000 steps or more in a day (track with watch or health app) |
| Buttons | Drink one gallon of water. |
| Buckeye Necklace | Take the stairs over the elevator/escalator. |
