Wellness Winter Challenge

Join Buckeye Wellness for a fun-filled challenge to engage in wellness during the winter break.

Rules

  1. Download the Buckeye Wellness Snowman.
  2. Complete one of the following activities each day.
  3. Color in the part of the snowman that relates to the activity.
  4. Share your finished snowman with Buckeye Wellness on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook.

Organize your closet and donate old clothes.

Volunteer at a soup kitchen, shelter, campus organization or simply helping a friend in need!

Aim for 7,000 steps or more in a day (track with watch or health app)
