Maintaining your health during the holidays can be challenging. Aim for 150 minutes of physical activity per week; get at least seven hours of sleep per night; eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats; practice stress reduction techniques such as deep breathing and a daily dose of gratitude to those around you and yourself; and wash your hands frequently throughout the day.
